AluFix™ screws are designed for fixing decking boards directly to aluminium joists and subframes.
Manufactured from SS304 stainless steel, the 42 mm screw features a compact 5 mm head that can be embedded neatly into the decking board for a clean, professional finish.
Designed for installation with a T15 driver, AluFix™ provides a strong and reliable fixing solution for decking installed over aluminium framing systems.

Installation
- Position the AluFix™ screw at an angle of approximately 75° and apply firm pressure.
- Using a T15 driver, slowly turn the screw until the smooth section of the shank reaches the level of the decking board.
- Continue driving the AluFix™ screw into the aluminium joist until the screw head is fully embedded into the decking board.
- For the neatest finish, position the screw between the timber grain where possible so the fixing point is more naturally concealed.
